VINYASA YOGA

In each class we use various exercise equipment such as balls, bands and rings to engage the entire body.

HATHA YOGA

“Hatha yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga and is often referred to as classical yoga. This class is focused on the essentials of Hatha yoga and aims to familiarize the student with fundamental asanas (postures), breathing exercises (pranayama) and relaxation techniques. It is a slow and relaxed paced class, designed to strengthen the body, increase flexibility, stimulate the mind-body connection, relax the mind and reduce stress. Suitable for all levels and ideal for beginners.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Through a series of poses you’ll experience profound rest and release tension. Suitable for all levels, this class offers a sanctuary of stillness and self-care, allowing you to unwind, restore balance, and leave feeling refreshed and renewed.

AERIAL YOGA

Aerial yoga class offers authentic yoga with the support of a soft, aerial fabric hammock to explore, refine and advance traditional asana, both in the air and on the ground. In an aerial class, you’ll relax and realign the body, center the mind and uplift the spirit. You will experience physical release, refined strength, energetic flow, and awareness of breath, body and bandhas. Supported by the hammock, you’ll let go into gravity, deepen your practice, and awaken a “yogic high.

PRENATAL YOGA

Prenatal Yoga classes are suitable for pregnant women in their second trimester and upwards. They offer adaptations of classic Yoga postures for pregnant women’s bodies. Through deep breathing and relaxation techniques pregnant woman connects with her baby, her body and prepares for the labor and beyond. Research suggests that Prenatal Yoga can: • reduce stress and anxiety • improve sleep • calm the nervous system • promote physical and emotional balance • increase blood circulation • decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath • increase strength, flexibility and endurance of the muscles needed for childbirth.

AERIAL YOGA FOR KIDS/TEENS

Ages 5-14 years old. During an Aerial Yoga class kids will get all the benefits of a Hatha yoga class including mindful activities, breathing and relaxation. At the same time they will experience the many of aerial yoga. They will practice games and postures with the help of the hammock. They will also experience antigravity effects, learn how to practice in a safe way and experience all the mental, physiological and physical benefits of being up side down. Classes end with a prober relaxation and or meditation at the end.
