Yoga Nidra, commonly known as Yogic Sleep, is a conscious, guided, deep relaxation and a powerful tool intended to help transform, heal and rejuvenate at core levels. Yoga Nidra takes us effortlessly into a state of harmonious restful being, offering us the chance to explore what we need in the present moment and to release long held emotions.

Andreas Anastasiades started his Yogic journey in 2009. Following his love for Yoga he travelled to India to study and deepen his knowledge. He is a Certified Yoga Teacher, Yoga Nidra Teacher, Ayurveda Yoga Therapy and Panchakarma Therapy from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers. Both his self practice and seminars in the field of Yoga and Ayurveda have been a landmark for his personal development. He is teaching and offering therapies since 2012 at his space in Limassol.
